Jeff Schneider was born in Michigan, where he lived until he was 10 years old. His family then moved to Colorado for a year before settling in Oklahoma, where he lived from 7th grade through the middle of his sophomore year in high school. Jeff later moved to Prosper, TX, where he graduated in 1994. During high school, he was a standout athlete, earning All-District honors in three sports during both his junior and senior years. Jeff entered the automotive industry in 2003, motivated by a desire to change his life and build a successful career. Since then, he has developed a passion for the business and the people in it. What Jeff enjoys most about the car business is the opportunity to meet new people every day, whether it’s helping customers find the right vehicle or mentoring and supporting team members. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, and fishing. He is also deeply involved in the motorcycle community and currently serves as the National Vice President of a motorcycle club. Jeff is a proud father to three children, Jack, Gillian, and Reed, and shares his home with four dogs: Maggie, Baker, Boomer, and Dolly. Meet Our New Car Sales Staff

Jeff Schneider was born in Michigan, where he lived until he was 10 years old. First Impression Coordinator Brittani Walker

[[dealerPhoneSales]] Joel grew up in Seminole, Texas, and graduated from Seminole High School. He began his career in the car business on January 28, 2008, at Glenn Polk Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, seeking a career change after working for years at a juvenile correctional facility. Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as working on his yard. He and his wife Cheryl have a son, Jackson, a grandson, Jettson, and a beloved fur baby, Scout. Joel loves the car industry for the opportunity to help people. He takes pride in making the car-buying process comfortable and stress-free, ensuring every customer feels confident from start to finish. Veteran Sales Consultant Joel Gomez

[[dealerPhoneSales]] Les grew up in Ada, Oklahoma, and graduated from Latta High School. He earned a Bachelor’s in Communication and a Master’s in Secondary Education from East Central University. Les began his second career in the car business in November 2019, thanks to an opportunity from Trent Polk. Inspired by his wife Michelle and their shared dreams and goals, Les has committed himself to excellence, serving his customers and family with dedication and passion. Outside of work, Les is deeply involved with horses, judging horse shows, auctioneering, and spending time at the barn. He and Michelle share a blended family of six children and a lively menagerie of animals. Les brings a wealth of unique experiences to his work: he has coached collegiate and professional baseball, trained cutting horses, and, in his younger days, once out-ran the cops in a 5-speed one-ton dually (one-handed!). His motto: “Life’s hard, but it’s harder when you’re stupid.” Les specializes in commercial trucks, where he combines his love of building and trading vehicles with his passion for helping customers grow their businesses. To him, the industry mirrors his upbringing in the horse world—same game, different product. He thrives on creating custom solutions, building trucks for success, and ensuring his customers get the most out of every purchase. Sales Consultant Les Graham

Cobey Montgomery grew up in North Texas and graduated from Callisburg High School. He began his career in the car business in June 2024 and has embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. Drawn to the industry by a desire to help people and a belief that his personality could make him successful, Cobey quickly discovered the rewards of connecting with customers and finding solutions that fit their needs. Outside of work, Cobey enjoys prayer, reading, and working out. A fun fact about him: he can do a backflip; a party trick he’s known to show off, though he admits it gets harder with age! Cobey appreciates that the car business is constantly evolving, offering challenges that help him grow in character and skill. Jason grew up in Denton, Texas, and graduated from Ryan High School. With 23 years of sales experience, he joined the car business in February 2025 and quickly brought his passion for helping people and building relationships to the team. Outside of work, Jason enjoys fishing, hunting, spending time with his family, and a little friendly gambling. He has two children, a son and a daughter, and shares his home with a cat and a dog. Jason lives by the motto: “If you are not having fun in life, then you are not living.” He loves the car industry for the people he works with, the opportunity to test new vehicles, and learning all the latest features and options that help customers get the most out of their purchase. Eric grew up in Santa Cruz, California, and graduated from San Lorenzo Valley High School. He has been immersed in the automotive industry since 2009, inspired by a lifelong passion for Jeep CJs, Wranglers, XJ Cherokees, Dodge diesel trucks, and Mopar muscle cars. From an early age, Eric loved working on, upgrading, and repairing cars and trucks, a passion that continues to drive his career today. Outside of work, Eric enjoys playing ball sports with his family, mountain biking, shooting sports, car projects, and watching movies. He shares his home with two kids, Adam and Marley, along with two dogs, Cruz and Cheese, and two cats, Max and Ramona. A fun fact about Eric: he’s the fastest swimmer in the Dodge Service and Parts Department! He loves leading his team, serving Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat customers. Jacob, affectionately known as “Rabbit,” grew up all over the country as a military brat, living in Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Alaska, and Florida. He returned to Oklahoma to graduate from Ryan High School in Ryan, Oklahoma. Jacob started in the car business in 2013 at Glenn Polk Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM when he was just 19. Having grown up around cars and trucks, it was a natural fit for him. Over the years, he has built a reputation for providing excellent service and building strong relationships with customers. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his two sons, Sawyer and Krew, fishing, and watching sports. His household also includes three dogs: Ranger, Milo, and Broly. A fun fact about Jacob: he owns over 90 pairs of shoes and probably the same number of hats! What Jacob loves most about his job is the people he works with, his team makes coming to work every day a blast, and he brings that energy and positiveness to every customer’s interaction. Khris has lived in North Texas for 48 years and is a proud graduate of nearby Callisburg High School. He joined Glenn Polk Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Auto Group in 2019 and has had the opportunity to work across several of our stores, gaining a wide range of experience in automotive service. Outside of work, Khris enjoys fishing and spending time at the lake or hitting the trails on his ATV with friends and family. He has three children, Gary, Gracie, and Baylie, and a grandson, Bowen.
