Glenn Polk Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Service Department diagnosed my vehicle in an unscheduled visit and also brought the vehicle in for further analysis. The part has been ordered, and a scheduled visit is set up so the repair can be completed. Not many dealerships would value your time to go above and beyond, especially when it was not a scheduled service call.

I took my son’s daily driver in to have the transmission checked due to a shifting issue. I did not have an appointment. While the technician was diagnosing the vehicle they found a safety issue that was happening that I knew nothing about. They alerted me to the problem and had it fixed within a few days. It was a great experience, and I am very pleased with Khristopher Clark and the way he Took care of our issue.

I took my work truck in for service. It was overheating and ended up needing a replacement of the radiator and head gasket. The service department was already closed, but the general sales manager took care of everything on a late Saturday afternoon and even set up a loaner truck for me to use while mine was being serviced. They ended up having to order some parts and asked me to bring the loaner truck back and swap it for a different loaner, which was even nicer than the first loaner! When it comes time to purchase my next truck, I will be going to Glenn Polk Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM for sure!

I drive 40 minutes to get my two Rams serviced Glenn Polk Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, and my town has a Ram dealership. Since my first routine oil change with them, their service department showed me they care, from answering my questions on the phone, the check in process, friendliness of the staff down to getting the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Any future service work will be completed by them. When the time comes for a new Ram, they’ll be my first stop as well.
